Happy Holidays from RATIONAL PT

As we close out the year, the RATIONAL Platform Trial team would like to sincerely thank our trial sites, investigators, and—most importantly—our participants for your continued commitment and enthusiasm throughout 2025. It has been a significant and productive year for the trial, marked by major start-up milestones and growing engagement across Australia.

Over the past year, the trial has progressed steadily, with multiple sites actively contributing and further sites preparing to commence in the new year. We are encouraged by the strong interest shown by researchers nationwide and look forward to welcoming additional sites as the trial continues to expand in 2026. Platform trials such as RATIONAL rely on dedicated and passionate collaborators, and we are deeply grateful for the commitment shown by our research community.

2025 has also been an important year for international collaboration. We are pleased to be nearing the finalisation of agreements for the Canadian arm of the trial and look forward to formally welcoming our Canadian colleagues soon, with many Canadian sites activation planned for the coming year. In parallel, we remain in active discussion with our New Zealand research partners and are enthusiastic about further collaboration ahead.

Once again, we thank you for your invaluable contributions throughout 2025 and wish you a safe and restful festive period. We look forward to continuing this important work together in the year ahead.
